The slipcase is chipped with the top partially detached & the label soiled. xlviii & pages 1-816; and viii & pages 817- 1699. The pages are printed in 2 columns. Black-and-white photographic illustrations & diagrams. Very good in a good box. "Fully revised edition". Very good .

Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD.
